Scope & contract
We send a one-page scope: deliverables, timeline, fixed price. You approve, we sign a mutual NDA + SOW, work starts within a week.

Sprint zero
Day one through five. We map the surface area, read the code, set up access, write the test plan. You see a written status by end of week one.

The work
Two- or six-week sprints with daily Slack updates and weekly demos. No status meetings — written updates only, unless something is on fire.

Handoff & re-test
Final report or PR set, plus a 30-day support window for questions. For pentests we re-test after you ship fixes.
